phew~! so yesterday's Chill-Out CF get-together thing wuz a blast ;)
We really started off with a bang.
By about 8.15pm, BR1023 was already full to the brim. We even had to add chairs later on! Emcees Joshua and Celine energetically welcomed evryone with smiles and a whole lotta lovin.;). We had a sing-song session led by JiaWern and his team of merry musicians. After that it was CheeKah and CheeYong's turn to make the crowd go wild with their ABC game. Many things were discovered then, including what we used to do in malacca/cyber/wherever else we came from, and also some useful notes from certain married and happily dating couples. *sumthin bout a wild stallion and a pony*heh*
We also had a stunning dance performance by our lovely ladies Charis, Rachel, Leona and Esther. "these are extreeeeemmee, extreeme days" *beebop bee bop*. A song about love by our CCF mates Chang Shen and Chee Meng followed after that along with a beautiful Chinese number sung by a girl with the sweetest voice. Later on we watched a MadTV version of Jesus, but this time with his 'protector', ' The Terminator'. Punch line : "He'll be back."
The night ended with a Juwita Suwito number by Audrey.
In closing, Joshua & Celine thanked everyone for coming.. and invited all to stay back and get to know each other better. Light food and drinks were served.
All in all it was a good night. Many new friendships were made and it was a good introduction of the CF to those that were new. We hope to see all our new made friends, and also their friends next Tuesday for more CF-fun ;)
