The main issue about that week's CF gathering is to reinforce our main theme for this academic year which is “Ladder Up”.
This theme can be broken down into 3 sub-themes which are Spirituality, Sanctification and Evangelism. Besides reinforcing our theme, it was an opportunity for us to check our spiritual growth. During that session 4 questions were asked. They were :
1) Why are we Christians?
2) Why do we need to ladder up?
3) How do we ladder up?
4) When thing don’t go right for us, do we blame God? Why?
Among all this questions the 1st is the most important. The 1st question is basically the foundation for our faith. Without knowing this it would be difficult for us to ladder up in our Christians lives.
So, please take some time and ponder on this and find out why are you Christian as a solid foundation is important to building up our trusts in God. Amen.
