CYBERCHRISTMAS UPDATES!!!!
For those of you interested in being a part of CyberChristmas this year, as a Planning Committee or a Working Committee, please contact Chee Kah at warwick85@yahoo.com latest by 8th August 2005!
Your cooperation is highly appreciated:)
For those who do not know what CyberChristmas is all about, it is CFMMU's Christmas project in this campus. We've successfully had this event for the past 5 years. Each year, we've managed to stage up a play in MPH that shares about the Hope we have in Jesus, to the rest of our friends in campus. Besides the play, CyberChristmas also has various outreach points such as exhibition booths, bazaars, visitations and donations to orphanages, Life Cafe and a few others.
However, this year we plan to scale things down a little bit, depending on the CyberChristmas committee. So feel free to be a part of this:)
God bless.

The Collection report!
Heya!
Our collection for the Pahang mission's trip has ammounted to RM 1000!
Praise the Lord!
Awesome!
Thank you so much for giving so freely. I'm really amazed that we managed to collect this much in just two CF meetings, especially from a bunch of students.
Thank you for being generous.
Thank you for giving to this cause.
May what you've given be a blessing to the people over in the villages.

CF Photo Gallery Series 1 : Masqueraded.
So we learnt about PINKY, about BRAIN, about how our God loves us all the same, beneath everything. That we don't have to be anyone else to impress others, that the heart of the matter really is, the matter of the heart.
Which reminds me of a quote :
"Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else." -Judy Garland
Well anyway, these here are some of the snapshots from last night, and their supposed 'masks'. Bon apetit? haha* cheers~
"Hola, hola. Welkum to Me-xi-co =) This is me Senor "Don Ramiro" and i'm heppi as hippo to see you ;) *teehee* ;)"
"A veil to hide my beauty beside Jem"
Also part of the Jem-Clan :
"Bee-Jem"
"Boss-Jem"
" Is this kewl headgear or what? and btw, it's made of paper, and can be worn in 2-different styles, according to your mood. ;) " now that's a WOW.
"If you believe in it, don't be afraid to show it. .. on your arms if you must"
"Jem Rocker? Formal guy in red shirt? Japanese-Korean-Chinese Skirt thing? I can't decide"
"I am nerd. Nerd is me"
..... product of THIS mother and father ( if you remember our recent CC play ) :
-- Going all out.. nobody can beat this. Presenting to you "NewspabadminterLeo-thing" :
At Your service, Sir!
So come, join the Jem-ers below ( and CF ) again for the best fun in campus, every tuesday night at 8pm. You don't wanna be anywhere else.
"ROCK Onnnn!"

Theme Talk
We're in the 21st century. The world is not the same now as we once knew it to be. Headlines catch our eye. A father robs to pay daughter's tuition fees. Rumours of oil prices going up. Nations are raging wars. You can sense uneasiness in the air as people shuffle their feet along, through the dangerous streets. How do we fit in, in this crazy, stricken world?
Let's get real. Get out of the comforts of your circle. Start a wave of change.
This year's theme for the CF calls for each one of us to take up our position in Christ. To stand together side by side holding up the torch, asking people to come! follow us as we follow Christ. Let's start getting real now.
Raising - Raising up new leaders in CF and raising up a generation of God-fearers and God-seekers.
Enthusiasm - To be enthusiastic in everything that we do without compromising excellence. To also influence others to be excited for what God has called us to do.
Accountability - To learn to be accountable with each other, trusting each other enough to be accountable to each other and to spur each other's spiritual growth.
L ight - To be a light that shines brightly throughout the campus bringing hope and purpose to the people around us. To illuminate joy and love to the campus, making a difference.
The theme on its own means to live life real - to be real to ourselves, realizing the reality of events that are taking place around us, to stop being engrossed with our own problems, and take up our position as Christ's real followers.
Can we do it? Sure we can. But history dictates that we can't. History always repeats itself. Perhaps. That's why we have to focus. And make this theme really ours.
"I don't mean to say that I have already achieved these things or that I have already reached perfection! But I keep working toward that day when I will finally be all that Christ Jesus saved me for and wants me to be. No, dear brothers and sisters, I am still not all I should be, but I am focusing all my energies on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, I strain to reach the end of the race and receive the prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us up to heaven. I hope all of you who are mature Christians will agree on these things. If you disagree on some point, I believe God will make it plain to you."
Phillippians 3:12-15
Are you ready?
